Technical Director

The Technical Director supervises the work of the Technical Department and leads national technical develop programs. The Technical Director oversees Grassroots Football, Youth Elite Football, Coach Education, Women's Football, National Teams, and High Performance.

Women's Football Head Coach

The key roles of Women's Football Head Coach include leading the Senior Women's National Team in international games/tournaments, being the strategic lead for Women's Football in Guam, and being in line with Guam's playing style to develop players' technical and tactical understanding.

Marketing & Commercial Manager

This full-time position with benefits has responsibility for planning, executing, and monitoring strategic marketing and commercial activities under the direction of Executive Director and General Secretary. This person will be empowered to undertake and streamline all marketing-related activities and oversee/manage all operations related to revenue generations for Guam FA (Sponsorships, commercial/marketing rights and other marketing activity).

Chief Accountant

The Chief Accountant is responsible for the accounting operations, including but not limited to preparing financial reports and statements, maintaining accounting records and a system of internal controls, preparing budgets, processing payroll, managing accounts receivable and payables, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements for nonprofit organizations.

Camera Operator (Four positions available)

The overall role of videographer is to accurately and timely set up operations to capture scheduled events (soccer matches, training sessions or educational production). The videographer is to perform the actual camera moves, including pans, tilts and video editing (highlights) as needed. GFA provides the equipment necessary to perform such tasks along with the livestream link of production.

Contract Bid Opportunities / Request For Proposal (RFP)

Clearing & Grubbing of 9.54 Acres / Chalan Pago-Ordot (Bid closing date: 6 p.m., April 24, 2019)

The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clear and grub 9.54 acres of property as depicted in this RFP (by clicking on link above). The Lot area will be cleaned of all surface trash, debris, and organic undergrowth including deadfall, live trees less than 10-12 inches in diameter, tree stumps, brush, and vines. US EPA Best Management Practices (BMP) will be incorporated to insure effective storm water runoff and erosion control on the property. The property will be sufficiently graded and cleaned to permit follow-on maintenance with bush-hog equipment.

Criteria for Award: The contractor will be selected based on the best value, by considering factors such as quality, past performance, delivery time, etc. Should a contractor not provide the lowest price be selected, the basis for the selection shall be documented.

Installation of Back Net for Soccer Field (Bid closing date: 6 p.m., Sept. 20, 2018)

A design/build project for the design and installation of 400 linear feet of 20’ & 30’ high backstop netting, support poles, and netting suspension system.

Criteria for award: The contractor will be selected based on the best value, by considering factors such as quality, past performance, delivery time, etc. Should a contractor not provide the lowest price be selected, the basis for the selection shall be documented.
